This unique tank-style piece is meant to be fitted and hit around the ankle area, complete with thigh-high slits on either side. Inspired by the past few decades of how artwork is incorporated into fashion, this dress is ready for anything. It can be dresser down with sneakers and a jacket, or dressed up with heels and a clutch.
