Shipping policy
All items are handmade by Sydney, the designer and founder of Swayed Stature.
As a result all custom and made-to-order garments and accessories will be made in chronological order (the order in which they are purchased). Occasionally rush/specific need-by dates can be accommodated but is not guaranteed. Depending on current order volume, they can take up to 3-6 weeks to be cut, sewn, and constructed with love!
Items that are “dropped” or “ready to ship” in the shop will be shipped within 3 days of purchase.
All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. For international orders shipped USPS, they will be handed off to your respective national postal service for final delivery.
If your country is not listed as a region we ship to, please reach out to make proper accommodations! (this may be due to a glitch on our end, or possible world events affecting necessary shipping logistics) <3
Though I do all I can to avoid additional fees for my customers, International packages may require local taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by the customer themselves. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
Due to various seasonal changes including increased holiday volume, various world events, and unforeseen weather challenges globally, there is always the possibility of delays to your order. Please be patient waiting for its arrival and do not hesitate to reach out with questions.
Please note that the tracking visibility to your order is the same as what we see/ have access to once your order has left the studio. Swayed Stature is NOT responsible for what happens for your package (this includes delays) the moment it enters custody of the shipping carrier.
If there are damages to your order or package due to transit, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your item. In most cases, the customer is responsible for filling a shipping claim with the respective shipping carrier. Additionally, Route shipping protection is offered at checkout to make this process a little easier as an added insurance benefit. If Route shipping insurance is not purchased, standard shipping protections as outlined above will apply.
