Refund policy

Thank you so much for supporting my one-woman brand!

It is my hope an intention for you to absolutely LOVE your handmade pieces. 

As all items are handmade to order (or displayed with measurements listed) I do not accept returns on any garments as it is the buyers responsibility to properly measure themselves to gauge fit before purchase. If you find there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me via email to find the best solution! I want you to be 100% happy with your piece.

To help reduce waste, each item is made to order just for you, if an item doesn’t get ordered (with the exception of small designer-made drops), it doesn’t get made.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase I do offer alterations (at additional cost) or exchanges (if it was not a custom design or size*) if the fit is not as desired, please inquire within 5  days of delivery and a returns address will be provided to you.

For alterations and exchanges it will always be the customer’s responsibility to safely mail items back to the studio with a trusted tracked service, this cost is not worked into the price of my garments and must be covered by you. Garments which are further altered or modified after purchase are not eligible for refund. 

Garments purchased at a discount may be eligible for exchange or store credit if not already listed as final sale only, but no refunds.

Refunds may be provided if an order is never received and confirmed as lost by the postal service, and\or if Route shipping insurance was purchased at the time of checkout.

Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will not be honored for garments that have already been worn or used in any capacity. Any garments with visible wear fall under this catagory. 

 

As both a brand and a consumer, Swayed Stature recognizes that return flexibility is desired by customers. We are currently in the process of partnering with a third party returns service to both create and ease the barriers of the returns process on both sides. Though this new returns process is not yet active, (and therefore cannot be applied any existing orders - so sorry!) as soon as this partnership is fully implemented, an announcement will be made.
